Refund policy

**Please be advised** any package cancellation after an order has been shipped and in transit will fall under our return and policy. There is no way to stop a delivery mid path.

 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. 

Refund & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please first us an email at support@amiesessentials.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Amie's Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
